Fostering Craig Street Cats and Kittens
We always need foster homes for cats and kittens. Foster families provide a loving home environment for critters that are not always grateful for the favour, until said critters can be adopted into forever homes. This may take a few weeks, several months, or, rarely, a year or more.
Craig Street Cats provides all food, litter, and veterinary care for foster cats and kittens. If special equipment or containment is required we will provide that, as well.
Foster families provide a loving home environment until the cats or kittens are adopted. In addition they:
1. take cats/kittens in their care to vet appointments
2. administer medications as prescribed by our vets
3. transport their charges to adoption events
4. allow prospective adopters to meet cats in their homes
The job is sometimes heartbreaking, and always incredibly rewarding.
