Parliament supports UDAW
Thursday, November 12th, 2009Our parliament has unanimously adopted a motion to support the development of a Universal Declaration on Animal Welfare. This makes Canada the first North American nation to show support for this concept. This is the first time in a VERY long time that I can honestly say that I’m proud of something Parliament has done.
