Available for Adoption

Say hi to Mel, also known as “Braveheart”. Mel comes from the Clayton St. colony and is a very special boy. He has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia that makes it difficult for him to do some of the normal things that cats do. He really doesn’t have any special needs — he just moves more slowly than most cats, and won’t ever climb the curtains. Other than that, he’s a normal, lovey cat. Mel is healthy and sweet tempered. He loves to be brushed and petted. Breakfast is his favorite thing, except for maybe lunch and supper. Mel gets along well with other cats. He is neutered and his shots are up to date.

Baby has always been a pet. She was surrenderd when her owner could no longer keep her.
Baby is spayed, and her shots are up to date. She is ready for her forever home.
Puppy is Baby’s kitten and was surrendered along with her. This boy is neutered, and his shots are up to date.
Puppy is a great big kitten, at heart. He is playful and affectionate. He loves to run around with the other cats, or cuddle up and watch TV.
It would be nice if Puppy and Baby could be adopted together. Adoption fee discounts are available for a family taking both cats.

Lenore

Princess

Tigger
This bouncy boy is just full of fun. Tigger loves to run and play, paddle in the water bowl, or cuddle up for a purr session. He is neutered and ready for his forever home.

Tinkerbell
Tinkerbell was found abandoned, with her kitten, when new owners took possession of their house. She is a dainty little black button that loves to cuddle up. She has been spayed and is ready for her forever home.

Bob and Buddy
Bob and Buddy were rescued at the Health Sciences Center on March 31, 2009. Both boys have been neutered. Bob lost part of his tail and the tips of both ears to frostbite, but that hasn’t dampened his disposition. The boys are gentle and loving.
