Happy Feral Cat Day
Yep, today is Feral Cat Day. Not a holiday recognized here in Canada, but it’s a declared “national” day in the US. I don’t know what other people are doing to mark the day, but the kitties around here are getting extra special rations today. There’s enough turkey left from the Thanksgiving bird to give them all a royal feast, so that’s what they’ll be getting. The outdoor cats will be getting some, too. Then the carcas is going into the stock pot so that I can have some comfort food. Who would ever have thought that one lowly little bird could make so many so happy
