Black Cat Ball, the Aftermath
Well, our first ever Black Cat Ball is now history. The evening was a lot of fun, we gave out a lot of prizes, and we made a little money. Not as much as we had hoped, but we will be able to put a small dent in those vet bills. Unfortunately, we won’t be buying a van any time soon. We learned a lot from the planning of this year’s ball, and next year’s will be bigger and better!
I’m pretty sure that about a thousand photos were taken on Saturday evening, and some of them ARE going to find their way onto this site, but it might take a day or six for that to happen. I’m still recovering from planning / decorating / cleaning / paying / balancing , so it’s about all I can manage to make sure the cats get fed on time. Photos and details will get posted, I promise.
